We currently offer the following shipping options:

Express Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days

  • Cost: Higher rate based on destination and package weight

  • Details: Calculated at checkout; refer to specific products for current rates.

Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website and monitor delivery progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. A refund or replacement may be issued at our discretion.

  • We do not currently offer in-person pickup.
